Returns & Exchanges

I don't accept returns or exchanges.

The reason for this is because my wigs are made custom for you - your styling, shade, cap size, etc.
However please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any problems with your order, I will always aim to support you in the best way possible.
Cancellation requests can be made up to 48 hours after placing your order. After this time a cancellation will not be possible as I would have already ordered your hair from the supplier.
